Yes, provided you do not distract the tester. A customer viewing area is available.

You will receive the failure information showing which items caused the vehicle not to pass.
Do I need to stay with my vehicle?+
No. You do not need to be present throughout the test and in many cases you can leave the vehicle and collect it later.
